Folks looking for a faster way to pay their Cheyenne Light, Fuel and Power bill may now do so by utilizing a 24/7 payment kiosk. The ATM-style machine made its debut on Monday outside Cheyenne Light’s customer service center.
“Anyone can bring their bill or just use their account number to pay utilizing the kiosk and then the moneys will be directly applied to their account,” reports Cheyenne Light spokesperson Sharon Fain.
The kiosk accepts cash or check, but Fain advises that it does not give change back. Instead, any overages will be credited to your account. Fain says customers can monitor whether money deposited into the kiosk has been applied to their account by checking their account online, or simply looking at the receipt printed by the kiosk.
