Cheyenne Regional Medical Center Offers ‘MyChart’ Help Sessions

CRMC 8-6-2017

Cheyenne Regional Medical Center is offering help to community members who want to learn more about MyChart, the online patient portal and medical record system for the hospital and its affiliated medical group.

The walk-in informational sessions will be held at CRMC’s downtown campus from 5:30 p.m. to 7 p.m. on August 8 and August 10 in Auditorium A, next to the cafeteria. The downtown campus is located at 214 East 23rd St. No RSVP is required.

“Most hospitals and medical clinics are now using online patient portals for sharing information with their patients and also for communicating with them,” said Patrick Self, a systems analyst and trainer with CRMC.

“We are offering these help sessions because we want our community members to see how easy it is for them to use MyChart and to also have an opportunity to ask questions,” Self said.

The only requirement for signing up is that the person must have previously been a patient at CRMC or one of its affiliated clinics.
