CPD 7-13-17
The Cheyenne Police Department is investigating a fight which resulted in the stabbing death of Ian Dangler, 18, of Cheyenne. The fight occurred in the 3400 block of Bent Ave. at approximately 11:00 p.m. on July 12.
Dangler, Vincent Ramirez, 20, of Cheyenne, and Camilo Olivas, 18, of Cheyenne were involved in a fight in which a knife was introduced. All three suffered knife wounds and Dangler died from his injuries. Ramirez and Olivas were both treated for their wounds at Cheyenne Regional Medical Center and released from the hospital.
Shots were fired at the location as well, but no parties were struck by bullets. Ramirez has been arrested for homicide. This case remains under investigation by the Cheyenne Police Department.
