Laramie County voters invited to participate in County Clerk Survey on election equipment and voting methods

LCC   3-21-18

Laramie County voters are invited to participate in a survey on election equipment and voting methods for future elections in Wyoming.   The online survey is available on the Elections page of the Laramie County Clerk website:  http://www.laramiecountyclerk.com/elections.aspx.  The survey may be accessed by clicking on the “Voter Survey” on the left side of the page.

Prepared by the Wyoming County Clerks Association, the survey asks for public input on touchscreen voting machines, vote centers, early voting and mail ballot elections, among other options.  Results of the survey will be shared with the statewide task force Plan on Aging Voting Equipment.  The task force aims to provide funding for voting equipment to be used in future elections, beginning with the 2020 elections.

Persons who do not have access to a computer but would like to complete the survey may pick up a copy from the Clerk’s office in the Laramie County Governmental Complex at 309 W. 20th St. or call 633-4264.
