The Cheyenne Police Department has arrested a second person in connection with a forgery case. Police arrested Tina Westover,46, of Cheyenne March 19 and booked her into the Laramie County Detention Facility on a felony theft charge.
Westover was arrested almost a week after her husband, Troy Westover, 46, of Cheyenne was arrested on 11 counts of forgery and four counts of larceny.
Cheyenne Police had been working the case for the past three years and investigating the alleged crimes that occurred between 2008 and 2012. During this time, Troy and Tina Westover were working for COPD Respiratory Services where they allegedly stole thousands of dollars from the company.
The case remains under investigation by the Cheyenne Police Department.
